The project has three objectives: 1) develop an ITMO Concept Note to mobilize climate finance to introduce electric buses in Rwanda, 2) pre-feasibility study for areas of investment in e-mobility in DRC, and 3) strengthening the policy-enabling environment by promoting harmonization and cooperation of e-mobility uptake and expansion between Rwanda and DRC.
