As part of the GCF Phase 2 proposal we included one activity focussed on the creation of a climate finance unit at the Ministry - upon their request. FCDO has offered to take on these costs instead, or part of the costs - as the GCF Approval is still months away, and they are a big supporter of this Unit as the MoFPED should increase its focus and coordination of CF.
