In partnership with GIZ Nepal, GGGI Nepal will develop a financial mechanism (incremental cost subsidy) to support uptake of electric minibuses into public transport systems in Nepal. This will be backed by technical assistance outputs around regulation, institutions, capacity, tax regime, enterprise development for electric minibus fleet deployment nationally. GESI will feature strongly, as well as digitalization.
