In this project the impacts of COVID-19 in Ethiopia's implementation of climate change strategies and plans will be assessed to develop recovery options to accelerate the country's transition to a green economy and for the country to build back better. The identification and prioritisation of needed reforms and investments including possible sources of funding will also be undertaken.
