The Government of Rwanda(GoR) plans to develop Green City Kigali (GCK) project on a 600 Ha. Kinyinya hill as a model of green urbanization in Rwanda linking green affordable housing with climate change adaptation and mitigation measures to set a standard for sustainable urban development in Rwanda. They would like to begin this by developing a pilot project of 16 Ha.
