GG Performance Management for OECS

This project combines the CAR10 project on developing a blue economy dimension for the GG Index in partnership with OECS with the Santa PIN approved in late 2020 on GG assessment of Covid recovery packages in OECS Countries. The project will support OECS in assessing its progress toward regional goals stated in a number of its green growth and blue economy frameworks, and set the stage for a larger proposed earmarked project to simulate potential impacts of various policy and investment scenarios on regional and national goals, and support OECS and selected member countries in assessing their Covid recovery packages with a green growth lens.
