Electric and Sustainable Mobility

This project carries out policy and technical research on electric and sustainable mobility with a special focus on innovative forward-looking ideas and global technology trends, to provide insight to GGGI’s in-country work in the transport sector and contribute to global debate on future mobility. To strengthen the research work, GGGI has sought and leveraged collaboration with academic or research institutions. The project also provides technical and advisory support for country projects related to electric and sustainable transport, including an analysis of low carbon bus options for the bus rapid transit (BRT) system in Amman, transport sector green growth action planning for Jordan, a study to promote electric mobility in Lao PDR, and the development of a low emission development strategy for Fiji.
