This project supports the Government of Rwanda (GoR) for the development of implementation strategies toward the operationalization of key climate change frameworks. The green city detailed physical plan will provide the GoR with clear tools and strategies enabling it to operationalize the National Roadmap for Green Secondary Cities Development of 2015 as part of the implementation of the NDC focusing on both mitigation and adaptation outcomes.
