Project 1: Unlocking green finance and rapid clean energy deployment in the Mekong and Mongolia- GGGI China will work with 4 country teams in the Mekong to accelerate clean energy deployment in renewable energy and energy efficiency. The China‑Mekong regional project will use knowledge sharing and capacity building primarily from China’s solar deployment experience to help countries unlock climate financing and support developing of solar energy projects. Project 2: Denmark-China Environmental policy and technology deployment in China’s green markets- This project will enable bankable project work across energy and water sectors on district heating and wastewater treatment in China, building on knowledge sharing between various partners.
