Financial performance of water and wastewater SPs and RWUs 2.1: 60% of SPs and RWUs are trained on financial data collection, submission, and analysis by the end of the 1rst year. 2.2: 30 SPs and RWUs tariff reviewed and submitted to Cabinet of Ministers. 2.3: 30 Individual targets set and monitored for SPs and RWUs water bill collection rate and 10% of SPs and RWUs that comply to the tariff set by the COM (West bank only). 2.4: Inform PWA on financial components to be included in the draft regulation for the performance incentives program.
