Talk360 is the easiest calling app to make reliable and affordable phone calls to any offline number in the world. Unique to Talk360 is that this service is made accessible for the underbanked as well. End-users are mostly poor communities and minorities in South Africa. The DGGF-TA has enabled Talk360 to further develop services in South Africa. A local entity has been created and has supported 10 direct jobs and 18 indirect jobs in the form of micro-entrepreneurs selling the product. Over 200 people have been trained and are able to understand the product and have improved their sales skills.
