Core to the oversight and coordination of a national programme is the Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG). The MSG consists of representatives from government, the private sector and civil society and typically set the policy and strategy of a national programme with a manager or coordinator (usually employed by a ‘host’ organisation) responsible for delivering the activities.
