The project Kafaat Liljamia, launched in November 2017, is an initiative by the British Council and the Spanish Agency of international Cooperation for Development (AECID). It is funded by the European Union with € 2.4M, as part of its support programme for vocational training for the development of human capital in Morocco. The project is implemented with the institutional and strategic support from the Moroccan Department of Vocational Education and Training (DFP).
