Technical Assistance Facility for improving the business environment and wider investment climate through a structured dialogue (Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility)

This programme is co-funded by the European Union, the Organisation for African, Caribbean and Pacific States under the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement, together with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the British Council. It is implemented by the British Council, Expertise France, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), and Stichting Nederlandse Ontwikkelingsorganisatie (Netherlands Development Organisation, SNV). The 72 months programme was launched in December 2019. The programme aims to contribute to achieving SDG8 in ACP countries: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all.
