Culture Bridges supports the development of the cultural sector in Ukraine and enables it to engage more effectively with cultural organisations and operators in the European Union (EU). The 36 months programme was launched in November 2017. The programme is funded by the EU as part of its support for the implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine and is managed by the British Council in partnership with the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) network in Ukraine.
