The Programme Coordination Office (PCO) provides supervision on behalf of DFID and maintains an overview of the separately contracted monitoring and evaluation components for effective implementation of the Deepening Democracy in Nigeria (DDiN2) programme. DDiN2 programme aims to strengthen democratic governance in Nigeria through supporting the development of more efficient, effective and responsive political, electoral and democratic institutions.
