Lack of vocational qualifications and high youth unemployment are key problems in Uganda. In P3365, the business association USSIA successfully built the training capacity of 73 small enterprises in the greater Kampala area. USSIA has now strategically anchored vocational training in the association. Phase 2 will build on these successes and innovatively deepen them.
