Skill Up! Strengthening Skills Development, Creating Future Perspectives for Tajik Youth

The project targets the micro, medium and macro levels Macro level: The Committee for vocational education under the president's office will be support to establish sustainably expert groups for regular curriculum/ module updates meeting the actual market needs. Medium level: The governmental TVET service providers will be supported to implement the updated inclusive modules, ensuring a qualitative service with the quality monitoring system established by the project. Income generating business models for the financial sustainability of the TVET service providers will be developed. Micro level: Youth people (people with disabilities, left behind/ single women, labor migration affected families) benefit from improved services of the TVET system and will graduate.
