This project aims at contributing to the realization of decent incomes among the targeted youth who are in two categories: (1) those without any prior skills in the trade they aspire to grow a career and (2) those aiming to up their skills in addition to previously acquired competences and in which they may already be practitioners in the respective industry or prospecting to practice. The path to the realization of this objective is by employing non-formal TVET delivered within the private sector (MSMEs) in the localities of the targeted youth following short term modularized apprenticeships blended with mentorships, counselling, life and business skills training mainstreamed with Digital literacy for the targeted NEETs following the Skill Up! Program approach.
