Project Goal: Survival and livelihoods of (agro-) pastoralists is secured through food aid, water provision and the secured survival of the remaining animals and comprehensive, multi-sectoral disaster management. The following results are expected to be achieved through this intervention: Loss of animals is reduced for 8,000 households; Access to food is secured for 10,000 households ; Access to safe water is improved for 11.000 households ; Comprehensive DRR; Reduced loss of life among specifically vulnerable.
