With the conflict in Syria in its 7th year, Turkey is recognised to host the largest number of Syrian refugees. The Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) does not guarantee access to basic needs for Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTP). To meet the basic needs of the most vulnerable Syrian refugees, a comprehensive, multi-sectoral program of humanitarian assistance is designed by WHH.
