The African Activists for Climate Justice (AACJ)- under the Power of Voices Partnerships (PVP) is a consortium that brings together key African climate actors including: Pan African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA), Oxfam Novib, Natural Justice, and FEMNET to build and/or strengthen inclusive and human-rights based approach to climate justice in Kenya, by working with a strong movement and a network of climate actors. In this project, Natural Justice (South Africa) seeks to push for inclusive movement building, successful climate justice litigation, effective legal empowerment, climate resilience, and activist security trainings, climate justice storytelling and media campaigns, and compelling policy advocacy. In this, NJ worked closely with PHA Food and Farming Campaign, and with the following local civil society organizations: Earthlife Africa, South Durban Community Environmental Alliance (SDCEA), West Coast Guriqua Council, Action Aid, MACUA, LandNNES, Green Connection and 350.org.
