Facilitate safe movement and sustainable reintegration of Somali returnees from Yemen.

Implement the spontaneous return assistance program for Somali nationals wishing to return from Yemen to Somalia in coordination with partners Provide support and comprehensive reception services upon arrival to the arrivals automatically, those who have arranged their own travel by private vessels (Somalis, Yemenis). Implementation of small community reintegration activities in Puntland and Somaliland. The project will identify several locations within Puntland and Somaliland based on IOM data on returnees and in consultation with local authorities. Strengthen the organizational and technical capacity of government institutions in Puntland, Somaliland and the Somali Federal Government to facilitate successful reintegration of returnees.
