Ukraine: Supporting Justice Sector Reform – Phase VII

1) To advance institutional capacities of the Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) in line with the International Humanitarian Law standards and organizational reform priorities. 2) To strengthen institutional and professional capacities of anti-corruption and law enforcement bodies. 3) To strengthen independence and improved efficiency of Ukraine's Judiciary and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. 4) To increase transparency of the reform implementation. 5) To enhance capacity of public institutions to implement public sector, anti-corruption, governance and transparency and accountability reforms. 6) To enhance legal basis and strategic foundations for criminal justice and public policy reform initiatives.
