Liberia: Strengthening the Rule of Law: Justice and Security for the Liberian People

1) To strengthen the capacity of justice actors engaged in the investigation of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) on crime scene investigation, trial techniques and psycho-social counselling related to SGBV. 2) To enhance the efficiency, transparency and accountability of the specialized sexual offences courts in the Montserrado and Nimba counties. 3) To ensure that survivors of SGBV and the more vulnerable have an increased understanding of the SGBV referral pathway and preventive mechanisms.
