The project aimed to develop the capacities of Mongolian judges in commercial law through tailored judicial training and educational materials, and advise the Judicial General Council of Mongolia on an appropriate methodology for reviewing judicial decisions, with a view to establishing an institutional mechanism to enhance the quality and consistency of judicial decisions.
