Somalia: Strengthening the Linkages Between the Formal Justice System and the Traditional Dispute Resolution System to Improve Access to Justice

The project aimed to promote the establishment of a stable and efficient judicial system in Somalia, able to guarantee quality and accessibility of justice services to local systems, which can handle low-risk disengaged combatants and monitor dispute caseloads, in line with the new Constitution and international human rights standards.
