As outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the MIE undertaking the DTIS, the following activities will be conducted: A preliminary mission to consult all stakeholders on the following issues: - Current trade strategies and/or practices in the country. - Linkage with national development plan and others regional integration. - Approach and modalities of the DTISU process. - List of stakeholders and development partners consulted and circulation of the outcome of those consultations. - Elaboration of a Concept Note to be submitted to the EIF National Steering Committee (NSC) before its transmission to the ES for circulation to the EIF Board. - Main mission to the country after approval of the Concept Note for further consultation to be undertaken with national stakeholders in the country. - Elaboration of the draft final report and its Action Matrix and submission to the NSC and the ES for circulation to the EIF Board members for comments. - Organization of a national validation workshop in Kinshasa. - Publication of the final validated report with the logo of the country, the EIF and the MIE on the front page of the final document.
