The project?s expected results are: (a) by strengthening and diversifying exports in the three selected sectors, job creation and poverty reduction will be positively affected; (b) to assist the Government in reducing the country?s vulnerability to possible future external shocks by focusing on strengthening current exports and expanding and diversifying the export base; (c) a positive impact on Government-Private Sector dialogue and enhanced responsiveness of both to their respective needs and responsibilities; and (d) continued support to the Government?s efforts to build its capacity to monitor, manage and lead the implementation of its Aid for Trade.
