Inclusion Works (IW) is a consortium programme led by ADD International and SightSavers in Bangladesh. This programme is also running in three other countries: Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda. BBDN is working for this project as an implementing partner. The objective of this project is the economic empowerment of people with disabilities through promoting inclusive workforces. BBDN is mainly responsible to connect and engage with employers and provide them with candidates with disabilities depending on their requirements. ADD International & Sightsavers support BBDN through sourcing candidates with disabilities with the help of their downstream partner organisations such as Access Bangladesh Foundation (ABF) and YPSA. IW programme works mainly in Dhaka, Chittagong and Khulna district of Bangladesh.
