The D4D program is designed to improve data and information ecosystems at the provincial and local spheres for evidence-based decision-making that addresses local development challenges. It will work to achieve the following outcomes:
(1) Improved coordination among federal, provincial and local government and non-government actors in data and statistics production.
(2) Provincial and local governments use evidence-based, participatory decision-making processes.
(3) Better data and analysis available to support the use of evidence in decision making by provincial and local governments
