The IRC will develop and pilot measurement tools that allow the humanitarian community to validly and reliably measure the impact of Gender-Based Violence programming in terms of psycho social well-being and felt stigma – both essential to the success of services provided and have impact on survivors’ lives. This project will produce innovative M&E tools to measure change in GBV survivors’ felt stigma and psychosocial wellbeing which will be widely available for use by GBV actors in humanitarian contexts
