Working Group on Transitional Justice and SDG16+

The Working Group will contribute to the operationalization of the Justice Action Coalition by: 1) identifying and supporting effective measures and policies at the regional, national, and local levels; 2) encouraging specific pledges and commitments from members, the assessment of progress and obstacles, and the inclusion of transitional justice progress in voluntary national reviews; 3) coordinating the collection of data and gathering evidence about innovative strategies; 4) creating partnerships that reach grassroots actors and the most marginalized communities; 5) ensuring the participation of victims of massive human rights violations in the design, implementation, and operation of justice processes.
