The program contributes to the following outcomes: 1. The Yemeni National Commission to investigate Alleged Violations to Human Rights (NCIAVHR) builds its capacity and expertise to fulfill its mandate and further engage with the different actors involved in the justice path. 2. Yemeni civil society organizations and victims’ groups strengthen their capacities and increase their knowledge to play a significant role in laying the foundations for a future comprehensive and inclusive transitional justice process.
