Support to civil society and other actors in Libya. Goal: Emerging transitional justice processes in Libya are participatory, consider victims’ perspectives and support the establishment of accountable institutions. This program is designed to contribute to the following outcomes: 1. Libyan government and policymakers have the capacity and knowledge to develop integrated transitional justice policies and legislation in a participatory manner 2.International efforts guiding political dialogue, peace, and justice are based on strategic and technical advice 3.Libyan civil society organizations and victims’ groups strengthen their capacities and increase their knowledge to meaningfully participate in transitional processes, and advocate for their justice demands and needs
