The project targets to provide technical assistance to the Cooperatives Department of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives (MTIC) of Uganda to undertake a diagnostic study to identify strategic interventions for strengthening the department in registration, supervision, enforcement and capacity to support cooperatives as commercial enterprises.
