Inclusion Works Project aims at increasing employment opportunities among men and women with disabilities in the formal sector.

This quarterly Inspirational talk targeted 9 female job seekers with disabilities and was facilitated by 2 female role models visually impaired who provide encouragement and guidance. This was held at Iganga district union of persons with disabilities office on 13 December 2021. The objective was to give a story of change to job seekers through sharing personal aspirations, divergences after acquisition of disability. With this, the job seekers would be able to have personal growth, sense of purpose, change way of thinking, feeling and behaving, take action by seeing their disability from a new perspective within their communities and take on available job opportunities.
