Children affected by the conflict in opposition-held areas in Syria have access to quality education and protection and their psychosocial well-being is promoted through: 1. Quality basic education is provided to children and attendance to school is ensured. 2. Vulnerable children affected by the conflict in opposition-held areas receive appropriate Psychosocial support 3. Children and their families receive adequate support and school attendance barriers are lifted. 4. The local administration is involved and a management and monitoring system for the program is in place and running.
