Vietnam’s growing economy is resulting in additional demand in energy. Subsequently, the country’s wind and solar energy market has been booming. The Tra Vinh project concerns the construction of 12 wind turbines located 4 km from shoreline, a 20 km overhead line connecting the Wind Farm Substation to the Local Grid Operator, as well as usual substation, civil works and O&M warehouse buildings.
