Tax Auditing & Investigation

This 5-day training on tax auditing and investigation was aimed towards the officers of the Liberia Revenue Authority who are specifically working in this field. The course aimed to provide the participants with the basics of tax auditing and investigation in order to be able to use them in their work in enforcing tax law. Tax investigation in this context is especially focused on tax abuse, tax avoidance, tax evasion and money laundering. Theoretical studies, practical examples, exercises and cases were the main didactic forms used in order to make this course interactive, lively and practical.
