IBFD has conducted a Scoping Mission in Ethiopia in order to assess the needs of ERCA and MoFEC with respect to capacity building in relation to the assistance program established by the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to (1) develop a Training Curriculum, (2) identify specific areas in ERCA and MoFEC LRA in which additional capacity building through training is required and (3) identify the feasibility of a Tax Academy.
