Liberia Scoping Mission

IBFD & Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scoping Mission, conducted to assess the needs of the Liberia Revenue Authority with respect to capacity building in relation to the assistance program established by the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to (1) develop a Training Curriculum for LRA staff, (2) identify specific areas in the LRA in which additional capacity building through training is required and (3) identify other areas of possible technical assistance to be provided, such as the building up of a database for transfer pricing purposes and the creation of a knowledge sharing centre.
