Three officials of the Liberia Revenue Authority participated in the 3-day Open Tax Course on Global VAT. The course discussed the basic principles of VAT/GST systems used by various developing countries and advanced economies. Throughout the course, a comparison between these different systems were provided in order to compare and contrast different regimes.
