SRJS - Governance and community based natural resource management in the Oueme wetland landscape

The project will focus on securing the IPGs of the Ouémé and Mono basins. It works towards better governance and inclusive management of the natural resources of the Ouémé river basin in general and the community based Sitatunga Valley Nature Park in particular. It will reinforce the capacities of the CSOs intervening in the basins of Ouémé and Mono in ecological monitoring. The obtained collectiv iformation will feed into a common ecological database that will track the effects and impacts of the program and further inform public policy advocacy for biodiversity conservation in both landscapes.
