The new proposition by the merger of DECP and PUM is called Vibrant Business Systems. It entails an approach to improve relevant aspects of the business environment in which (M)SMEs operate. It is spearheaded by empowered (E)BMOs and delivered in collaboration with a range of PSD partners. PUM aims to coordinate and provide support to (M)SMEs in coherent clusters and value chains.
