Building on the National Fistula Programme Amref Health Africa in Tanzania, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Work (MOHSW), hospitals, professional associations, other NGOs and the media, will address obstetric fistula in Tanzania for the coming four years. The focus will be on prevention, corrective surgery and social re-integration of fistula survivors.
