<p>ZOA applies as a co-applicant to the 121 initiative scaling up innovation to improve coordinated cash &amp; voucher assistance. ZOA is expected to contribute to 2 different engagements: the development of a cash wizard to support field staff to improve the quality of all cash programs, and the implementation of the 'full package' in one of the countries using 121 software.&nbsp;Ethiopia (Addis Abeba programme) is selected as country of implementation.</p>
