<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;People&nbsp;affected by disaster&nbsp;are at the centre of the Joint Responses&rsquo; (JR) - saving their lives, alleviating their suffering and restoring their dignity.&nbsp;The JR is serving those most in need with high quality humanitarian response&nbsp;delivered&nbsp;through equitable partnerships.</p> <p>The project is divided into two main target locations- Nashabiyeh and Al-Hasakah. In&nbsp; Nashabiyeh, ZOA is self implementing the agricultural livelihoods component-grants and GOPA is distributing food baskets to the most vulnerable households in both Nashabiyeh and Al Hasakeh. The project will contribute to life- saving activities covering humanitarian needs and gaps in food security. The project is targeted at the most vulnerable households - in target&nbsp; locations&nbsp; where the overall levels of need are considered to have reached catastrophic, critical or severe levels. The project is targeted at the host community, IDPs and returnees with assistance being based on needs.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
