Financial Statements: The presented Financial statements are for Instituto para Democracia Multipartidária (IMD), related to the period from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018 and the summary of a significant accounting policies and other explanations notes, this financial statement comprises the total budget execution and the consolidated Cash Flow for the 2018 executed programs, the IMD Balance Sheet for the period ended at 31st December 2018 and each explanation notes; Financial Statements presentations and disclosures: The Financial Statements where prepared and presented in accordance with the accounting principles standards acceptable in Mozambique, and in accordance with the management standards agreed with donors disclosed in the projects notes 1 to 7. This financial statement, were prepared for assessing the IMD’s ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting. The presented Financial Statements are as at 31st December 2018. The presented Financial Statements are prepared in Euros, being the contract currency with the donor, and also presents the counterparts in Metical as a principal currency in force in Mozambique. This Financial Statements presents each projects balance and its explanations notes, and principal disclosures as at 31st December 2018.
