FSDAi is seeking to invest up to £8 million in a wholly owned SPV for onward investment into 4-7 Alternative Local Capital Providers (ALCPs).
The SPV will enter a management contract with Nyala Venture (NV), a joint venture of Cardano Development and Total Impact Capital for the
management of the investment process into the ALCPs.
